By using soulnutritionwellness.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date above shows when they last changed.

What Soul Nutrition is

Soul Nutrition offers coaching, mentorship, education, nervous-system education, embodiment and somatic practice, relationship education, wellness and personal-development support.

Soul Nutrition is not psychotherapy, clinical trauma treatment or medical treatment. Our coaches do not diagnose, treat or cure any physical or mental-health condition, and nothing we offer is a substitute for care from a doctor or a licensed mental-health professional.

If you are managing a medical or mental-health condition, please keep working with your own providers and talk with them before making changes. If you are in crisis or think you may be in danger, call 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States.

Your choices and responsibility

Coaching and education are collaborative. You stay in charge of your own decisions, and you are responsible for how you use anything you learn here. Please go at a pace that feels right for your body and your life.

Content on this site

The writing, guides, photographs, logo and other materials on this site belong to Soul Nutrition or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links and to use free guides for your own personal practice. Please do not copy, resell or republish them without written permission.

We work to keep information accurate and current, but the site is provided as it is, and offerings, details and availability may change. Items marked coming soon are still in development.

Forms and communication

When you contact us, join a waitlist or sign up for emails, please share accurate information. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from emails or reply STOP to texts at any time.
